RENTALS

We require that you view the inside of a rental property before completing an application. Rentals can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9:00 to 3:00. Friday by appointment only. There is a $35.00 refundable key deposit and picture ID required to view rentals or you can ask about our possible self touring options. All keys must be returned within a 2 hour window or you will forfeit your key deposit.

There is a $45.00 application fee per person over the age of 18. Application fees are nonrefundable. Submitting an application will hold the property for 24 hours in order for us to process your application. We check your credit, verify your employment and income as well as check your rental history. Income must meet or exceed 3 times the rent in order to income qualify.

If approved you will need to pay the security deposit within 24 hours in order for the rental to be taken off the market and held for up to 30 days. Lease will need to be signed and Admin Fee paid within 3 days of paying deposit. If deposit is paid and home is removed from the market and you cancel, deposit will be forfeited.

Admin Fee is $100 due at the time of lease signing. A $150 Admin Fee is due on any rental that requires additional paperwork and/or an inspection of the property. Must be paid before inspection.
